Your data never leaves your phone

Health has no servers and no accounts. Everything is encrypted on your device, with App Lock, encrypted backups and exports you control. It reads from Health Connect and Apple Health, and the code is open for anyone to check.

Plugins

Plugins add themes, app icons or new features. The bundled More Themes plugin restyles the whole app in 14 looks, most with a light and dark version, and an app icon to match.

Pick Custom and change it from Settings → Appearance: page colours, theme colour, outlines, line style, shadow, background pattern, font and tab bar. It shows up on every screen as you go.
